Can I order a custom piece?

How should I care for my artwork?
To keep your art looking its best, gently dust with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. A soft paintbrush or unused makeup brush works well too. Avoid placing your artwork in direct sunlight or areas with high humidity, as this can affect the paint and texture over time.
Do not press on or place anything on top of the artwork as this can damage the delicate textured surface.


How should I hang my artwork?
Petal Palette pieces do not come ready to hang - this is so you can display your artwork whichever way suits your space best. Some pieces can be hung either portrait or landscape, so leaving the hanging method up to you allows for that extra bit of flexibility.

I recommend using 3M picture hanging strips or hooks, as theyโ€™re easy to apply and wall-friendly. Alternatively, your piece can be propped up carefully on a shelf.


What is your refund and returns policy?
Each piece of artwork is entirely hand-painted and one-of-a-kind, therefore returns and refunds are not available should you change your mind. Original artwork cannot be resold if it is returned, which is why I encourage you to read all artwork descriptions carefully, and review photos before purchasing.
